- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise ordinance violations can result in fines up to $10,000.
- IDs required for booking verification; credit card fraud is prosecuted.
Use of Amenities
- Due to wildfire risk, outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, and charcoal grills are prohibited. Violations will incur fines starting at $5,000.
- Outdoor furniture, including grills, is unavailable during winter months.
Parking
- Two vehicles can park in the garage, and one additional vehicle can park in the driveway.
- No street parking is allowed; violations will incur fines starting at $1,000 and may lead to permit revocation after multiple offenses.
