House Rules

• Occupancy is limited to 10 guests throughout the stay.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, with outdoor activities moving indoors by 9 pm.
• Outdoor amplified sound, including speakers, is not permitted, and noise should remain inaudible from the property line at all times.
• Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are not permitted inside the home. A minimum $1,000 charge applies if this rule is not followed.
• Parties, events, large gatherings, tent camping, pop-up campers, caravans, RVs, photo shoots, media activity, and commercial use are not permitted without prior written approval. Breaches may result in eviction.
• The lead guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the stay.
• Please help care for the home by using designated parking areas, disposing of trash properly, locking doors and windows when away, and leaving furnishings and household items in place.
• Any damage should be reported promptly. Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, and any excessive cleaning required, including unreported damage.
• Additional neighborhood or HOA rules may apply. Any related fines are the guest’s responsibility, and serious violations may lead to eviction.

Parking

• Parking is available for 3 vehicles total: 2 in the garage and 1 in the driveway.
• During periods of heavy snowfall, vehicles may need to be moved so the driveway can be cleared by the snowplow.

Pets

• Up to 2 dogs are welcome.
• Dogs should be kept on a leash at all times, and guests are expected to clean up any pet waste.
• Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and should not be left unattended in the home.
• Cats and other pets are not permitted.
• Any pet-related damage or extra cleaning required will be charged to the guest.

Safety and Monitoring

• The home may have exterior security cameras.
• Noise-monitoring technology may be in use to help support a peaceful stay for guests and neighbors.
• Noise disturbances that lead to a neighbor complaint, law enforcement attendance, or a management visit may result in a minimum $500 charge, in addition to any official fines.
