Top Villas offers up to 10% commission depending on the location of the home. The commission is based on the retail rental rate. The exact commission amount can be found on each quote breakdown.
You will be paid via Wire transfer, following the client’s check-out date. We will request your bank account details once your first Top Villas booking has been confirmed.
Log in to your agent portal here. From the homepage, use the site functionality to search our global collection of homes and resorts. To find relevant homes, input the travel dates and utilize the Filters search function on the destination listing page.
Live rates and availability are indicated when a full quote is displayed on a property listing page. If a prompt appears instead, you will need to contact our team for live rates and availability. Yes, verified agents can use a client’s card to pay. If the booking is within 30 days of the check-in date then supporting verification documents will be requested, in line with our standard Terms and Conditions.
