Founders' Story

In 1994, brothers James and Tom Mannings traveled to Orlando, Florida, to visit Disney World with their parents and siblings over the Christmas period. When they were joined by another family they decided to rent a 5-bedroom villa in the Disney area. They all loved it so much that they returned year after year.

By 1999, the Mannings family saw an opportunity in the market to build a dedicated 8+ bedroom vacation home in Orlando to accommodate large groups and multi-family vacations. This home was the first of its kind in the area, designed and built to be a vacation rental, and it proved to be very popular.

This planted the seed to start a vacation rental company in 2006, which by 2010 became known as Top Villas. From the very beginning, the goal has always been to offer only the best villas in the best locations, with tailor-made experiences and the service you would expect from a 5-star hotel.

And today...

Top Villas has since grown into a multinational business with over 10,000 homes across 150+ destinations worldwide. Over half a million guests have stayed in a Top Villas vacation home, some of whom have returned to the company every year since the beginning.
