- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Violations can incur fines up to $10,000.
- Unauthorized parties or events are not permitted and will result in fines. Prior written approval and an additional fee are required for any events or parties.
Parking
- Parking is allowed for 2 cars in the garage and up to 4 cars on the driveway. Street parking is not permitted. Violations will result in fines starting at $1,000, with potential revocation of parking permits after three violations.
Use of Amenities
- Outdoor furniture, including grills, will not be available during winter months.
- The property does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided in every closet for cooling.
General Guidelines
- The property is smoke-free, and occupancy includes the option for two additional guests with prior arrangement.
- Only designated guests as per booking are allowed on the property.
- Care and respect for the property are expected from all guests. Damage protection does not cover intentional or negligent damage.
