Located in the midst of a dense vegetation of woodland and hills is Casale Mollina, a wonderful residence clad entirely in stone, just a few kilometres from Anghiari, a typical little Tuscan town. It enjoys a privileged position, to say the least, on the top of a hill, 500 m above sea level, with an open view of the splendid countryside dotted with olives and tall trees, ideal for taking long walks in full contact with nature. Transformed from a farmhouse into a cosy welcoming residence, the rooms feature wooden-beamed ceilings and terracotta floors while the romantic bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The 1-hectare garden extends over terracing around the house with numerous plants and flowers typical of Tuscany; immersed in many shades of green, the area is embellished by a beautiful swimming pool located below the house in the midst of terraced olive groves and is equipped with a pergola, the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine in good company.
