• No smoking is permitted inside the property.
• Pets are possible upon request (additional charge of €60).

Considerations

• The communal pool is available from the 30th of March to the 31st of October, weather permitting.
• All the bedrooms have air-conditioning. (Charged additionally at a fee € 25 / day)
• A shared EV charging station is available for use at a rate of €0.70 per kWh.
• If necessary, gas for heating in wintertime or when necessary because of the climate, must be paid on the spot.
• The Caution Deposit - RSD (Refundable Security Deposit) € 300 must be paid in cash upon arrival at check-in.
• Tax Town to be paid on the spot: € 2 per pax per day - for max. 7 days - up to 14 years old are exempt.
• Please note: Check-in 4/8 pm; Check out 8/10 am. Any other check-in/out time has to be previously agreed.

Additional Information

• A damage deposit of €300 is required locally.
• Groups under 21 will be subject to a higher damage deposit of €600.
