Description
Destin 462 is the largest home on Holiday Isle. Featuring a private dock, an in-home theater, a private in-ground pool, and all the luxury amenities you could imagine, Destin 462 is designed to exceed every renter’s expectations.
The first floor is home to most of the entertainment spaces. A 14-seat movie theater with Bose surround sound and stadium-style reclining leather chairs provides the perfect spot to unwind. A full bathroom with a large walk-in shower services the theater. A screened-in breezeway leads guests to the game room on one side and the expansive private pool and dock on the other. The game room includes a billiards table, chess table, sectional sofa, flat-screen TV, and a wet bar. The pool deck features an outdoor bar, lounge chairs, palm trees, a 16’ x 35’ pool, and a spa tub. Completing the first floor are three bunk rooms, a king bedroom, and a laundry room.
The second floor contains most of the formal living spaces, multiple Gulf-view terraces, a queen suite, and the luxurious Master’s Quarters. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a Thermador® Professional gas range, Sub-Zero® refrigerator, icemaker, two dishwashers, two warming drawers, and a trash compactor, plus two pantries. The traditional dining room features a hand-painted mural on the walls and ceiling, a round table seating eight, and views of the Gulf. Additional seating for ten is available in the dining area adjacent to the living room. The living room offers a wet bar, large flat-screen TV, grand piano, Gulf views, and a fireplace. Three balconies extend from the living room, offering perspectives of Holiday Isle, the lagoon, and the Gulf. The front balcony provides outdoor seating and unobstructed Gulf views, while the rear balconies overlook the lagoon and private pool.
The Master Quarters accommodate two with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and electronic curtains that reveal panoramic Gulf views. The suite includes a sitting area with floor-to-ceiling windows and two lavish Master Baths. His-and-her facilities feature a massive walk-in closet, jetted tub, two stand-alone showers (one steam), flat-screen TVs, bidet, and a full laundry room. A queen mother-in-law suite is accessible from the laundry area.
The third floor houses three king suites, two queen suites, additional balcony space, and an entertainment area with seating for eight, a flat-screen TV, DVD player, wet bar, and private balcony.
The private dock and boating area can accommodate a boat up to 52’ on the deep lagoon, perfect for enjoying all that Holiday Isle has to offer.
