House Rules
- This is a smoke-free property. Violating the no-smoking policy results in a $300 fee and possible liability for damages.
- The home has a maximum overnight occupancy of 6 guests and a maximum daytime occupancy of 9 guests.
- Parties or events are not permitted without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will incur fines.
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Violations of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000.
- Service animals are allowed. Bringing undisclosed pets without approval results in a $500 fine per pet.
- No outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills due to wildfire risk. This is a fineable violation, starting at $5,000.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced, and the use of speakers or sound systems is prohibited.
Parking
- Guests receive two parking passes which must always be clearly displayed. Not doing so can lead to parking tickets.
- Unauthorized parking at the Rec Center is prohibited and may result in fines exceeding $500.
- Certain vehicles, including trucks over one ton, trailers, and RVs are not allowed.
- No street parking is permitted. Fines of $1,000 or more may apply, and after three violations, permits may be revoked.
- Parking passes must be returned upon departure, with fines up to $250 for non-compliance.
Use of Amenities
- All outdoor furniture and grills are unavailable during winter months.
- Access to Northstar amenities such as pools, hot tubs, sauna, and trails is included. Some activities may incur additional charges.
