- Pets are not allowed unless they are service animals. Bringing undisclosed pets results in a $500 fine per pet.
- Occupancy is limited to 6 overnight guests and 9 daytime guests. Additional guests beyond this capacity require prior approval.
- Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. Violations of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
- Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed and can lead to fines. Written approval is required for any events or parties.
Parking Restrictions
- Two parking spaces are available; no street parking is allowed. Violations result in fines of $1,000 or more and possible permit revocation after three violations.
- Unauthorized parking at the Rec Center is prohibited. Vehicles parked all day without using the facilities will incur a fine of over $500.
Use of Amenities
- Outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to wildfire risk, with fines starting at $5,000 for violations.
- The community pool is accessible, though outdoor furniture is unavailable during winter months.

- Construction is occurring nearby, which may result in some noise during your stay.
