To confirm a reservation we require a deposit of between 20% and 50% of the total amount to secure the villa for your selected dates. The outstanding balance is payable 12 weeks prior to your arrival date – you will receive an email reminder at that time. For bookings made within 12 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
We accept payment in US dollars (USD) and pounds sterling (GBP) by bank transfer or by credit/debit card. A 2.4% processing fee is applied to credit card payments and a 3% charge is applied for American Express.
Most villas require a refundable security deposit, as stated in the villa description, as well as a villa damage insurance fee.
