Description
Villa Cutrera is a newly-built villa located in a residential area in the countryside in the southeast of the region of Sicily. It is a cosy and welcoming, single-floor villa with air conditioning, ideal for both a group of adults and families with children. The rooms are airy and linear and confer a sense of calm and space. The living area, a bright open-plan area with a modern kitchen, dining table and a sitting room, encourages conviviality while the sleeping area, along a separate corridor, consists of three double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The French windows of the large living area allow continuous communication with the large furnished porticos that extend in the beautiful level garden, designed with gravel paths, lawn, colourful flowers, pergolas where you can relax and listen to the water flowing from the fountains in the pond. The fixed barbecue is located outside, near both the kitchen and the dining areas. The large swimming pool is perfect for swimming and for children to play in; adjacent is the Jacuzzi (not heatable).
