Set on a hillside on the eastern edge of Scicli, this stylish contemporary villa is a wonderful base for a relaxing Sicilian escape. Designed for up to 8 guests, the home offers a bright open-plan living space with striking modern interiors, large glass windows and lovely views across the pool and surrounding countryside. The lounge features comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV, while the dining area and breakfast bar connect seamlessly to a well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for easy holiday dining, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle and cooker hob. The main living area opens directly onto an enclosed terrace, creating an effortless indoor-outdoor feel that is perfect for long sunny days. The villa includes four inviting double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, making it ideal for families or groups of friends who appreciate both comfort and privacy. Air conditioning, WiFi, a washer and dryer, and included bedding and towels add to the easy, carefree stay.
Outside, the villa is made for enjoying the Sicilian sunshine. A shaded courtyard is furnished with lounge seating, a table and chairs for alfresco meals, and a BBQ for relaxed evenings at home. On a lower level, the private unheated pool is surrounded by wooden decking, sun loungers and a shaded seating area, all overlooking peaceful, unspoiled hills. Private parking and fenced gardens enhance the sense of seclusion, and pets are welcome too. From here, guests can easily explore the best of southern Sicily, from the baroque beauty, cafés and restaurants of Scicli to the sandy beaches and laid-back charm of nearby Donnalucata, just a short drive from the villa.
