This expansive two-level Orlando mansion is designed for unforgettable group getaways, offering 13 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and over 6,200 sq. ft. of space for up to 35 guests. The bright open-plan living area is made for gathering, with three huge TVs, a nearly 30-foot U-shaped sectional and a spacious dining area seating 16 beside a well-equipped kitchen with dual refrigerators, dual dishwashers and a large island with additional seating. Bedrooms are arranged with a mix of king, double, twin and bunk beds, giving families and groups plenty of flexibility. Younger guests will love the imaginative themed rooms, including undersea, storybook, racing, wizard, castle and ice-princess-inspired spaces.
Entertainment is a standout here, from the private pool and bubbling spa to the covered outdoor lounge area, sunloungers, alfresco dining space and BBQ. Guests can enjoy glow-in-the-dark mini golf, then head upstairs to the games room for pool, foosball, shuffleboard, skee-ball, racing games, a classic multi-game arcade and a jukebox. Movie nights feel extra special in the tiered deep-space home theater, while the first-floor relaxation room offers massage chairs and a dry sauna for winding down. Additional comforts include WiFi, air conditioning, central heating, smart TVs, cable or satellite TV, laundry facilities, linens and towels. Set within an Orlando resort community, the home also offers access to amenities such as a clubhouse, arcade, fitness center, community pool and lazy river, with major attractions, shopping and dining all conveniently nearby.

The house was more than enough for our family of 24. I picked the house for the kitchen/dining area. We all love to cook and have a cook off each year. We had all the dishes, utensils, pots, etc. for all to cook at one time! Thoroughly enjoyed!
