This spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom vacation home in Orlando offers 3,439 sq. ft. of comfortable living space for up to 11 guests, making it a great choice for families and groups exploring Central Florida. Inside, the home features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 10 and additional breakfast bar seating, plus a welcoming living area and an extra upstairs family room for added space to unwind. The bedroom layout includes two king master suites with private bathrooms, a queen bedroom, a room with one double and one twin bed, and a twin bedroom with two single beds, with TVs provided in each bedroom.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private west-facing pool and spa within a screened lanai, ideal for relaxing in the sunshine or catching sunset views. The outdoor area also includes dining seating for 6, sun loungers, garden views, a pool cage and pool fence. For entertainment, the air-conditioned games room offers a pool table, air hockey and a round table perfect for card games. Additional comforts include WiFi, air conditioning, cable or satellite TV, parking, and provided bedding and towels. Set within a gated resort community, the home also offers access to shared amenities such as a zero-entry pool, water slide, lazy river, poolside bar and grill, fitness center, playground, sand volleyball, basketball and tennis courts. Dining is approximately 1.5 miles away, a supermarket is around 3 miles away, and Orlando’s famous theme parks and attractions are within easy reach.
Please Note: Renovation works to the Lazy River, swimming pool and hot tub will be taking place at Solterra Resort from September through mid-December, 2026. During this period, these amenities may be unavailable for guest use. Please inquire with a Sales Agent for more information.
