• No smoking is allowed on the property. Violation will incur a $300 fee and potential additional charges for damages.
• Pets are allowed, but must be approved in advance with a fee of $250 per pet. Undisclosed pets will be fined $500 per pet.
• No events or parties are permitted without prior written approval and additional fees. Unauthorized parties will be shut down and fined.
• Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Fines for noise ordinance violations can reach up to $10,000.
• Occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
