- Pets are allowed, but must be approved in advance with a fee of $250 per pet. Undisclosed pets will be fined $500 per pet.
- No events or parties are permitted without prior written approval and additional fees. Unauthorized parties will be shut down and fined.
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Fines for noise ordinance violations can reach up to $10,000.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
Use of Amenities
- Guests must complete the Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet to access amenities.
- Parking passes and wristbands are required for amenity access and can be collected upon arrival.
- Tram service is available for beach access. Prohibited beach items include wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies.
- Guest access to amenities includes entering the lagoon area at any of the six gates, marked by yellow umbrellas.
