As you enter the home, you are greeted by an open floor plan, including the amazing views of the beautiful Florida sky and luxury pool. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for you to become the chef you always wanted to be or for the indulgence of a personal chef. The kitchen has a sweeping view of the breakfast island, a bar, and a custom dining table that seats 20 guests, plus 3 additional kitchen bars that provide an additional 16 seats for a combined dining seating of 36 guests. The modern and spacious kitchen offers everything you and your loved ones may need to enjoy an exceptional meal each day of your stay. The property was as advertised. Apart from a couple of minor issues our stay was great. We would do it again and definitely recommend 9500 as a vacation spot.

Our group enjoyed our stay in this Italian styled villa (those bird lamps are a nice touch). Lots of space for our group of 30. The caterer we had come in worked really well in the large kitchen.

This house was fantastic. Our family slept and lived comfortably for the week. The house offered options for everyone (i.e. pool , hot tub, sauna, pool table, arcade, movie room, nice community for a run, convenient location to Disney, various golf courses, and Universal). This vacation was the fifth time we got together as a family at different locations and houses, but this house, and accompanying amenities, location and layout was a favorite of many members of the family.
