Description
Podere Montioni is a typical Tuscan farmhouse located about 3 kilometres from Rapolano Terme, a town with thermal springs between the Val di Chiana and the Crete Senesi. The imposing structure of this house has preserved, with its renovation, the architecture and some original details such as the ceilings and external walls. The structure is perfect for those who wish to relax completely in a house with large common areas: the living room, the kitchen and the outdoor dining area, shaded by a gazebo. The three bedrooms have air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a loft (with two single beds) while the bathroom is equipped with a hydromassage shower and a Jacuzzi tub. In the green surrounding the house are three shady areas equipped with tables and chairs. The house is partly surrounded by a small wooded area, by green vegetation and, finally, by cultivated fields. It can be easily reached along a few kilometres of dirt road.
