• Please be aware that the water may appear darker than neighboring pools because of our custom plastering, which gives it a green/gray tint. We assure you that the water is clean, well-maintained, and ready for your relaxation and enjoyment.
• Please note that active commercial and residential construction is currently underway in the city of Destin.
• Pool heat is available for an additional fee, but must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. Pool heat will not be available during the summer months (April 1 - October 31).
• Please note that the elevator is not for guest use.
• Please be aware that this home has a ring camera set up.
• The maximum number of vehicles that can park on-site: 3
• A maximum of 3 vehicles can park on-site.
• On-street parking is prohibited. Please limit all parking of vehicles, trailers, RVs, etc to the space available on the property.
• All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking
