The newly built Mao offers the best of many worlds. The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom luxury rental property offers the traditional, island style of laid-back, slow living, but it also has very contemporary furnishings and many modern conveniences. In addition, its location, in Vitet, gives it versatility. You can use it as a quiet, private hideaway, tucked in among the greenery of the hills and with an unobstructed view of the ocean, Turtle Island, Anguilla, and St. Martin or as a base for exploring the beaches and restaurants that are close by.

Villa Mao is very comfortable for sharing with friends, as its two bedrooms are situated to opposite sides of the large, open-concept living area. Each one is generous in size and stylish in decoration, and each has an en-suite bathroom. The living area has comfortable leather couches and a large Smart TV with Canal Sat and Apple TV. The fully-equipped kitchen is in the back of the space, and is lightly separated from the purely social space by a bar that also serves as an indoor dining table. There is the terrace with its heated pool, open deck for sunbathing, and covered area where the dining table is set up beside an inviting hammock.
