- Parties or events require prior written approval and may incur additional fees; unauthorized events will be fined.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am; noise ordinance violations may result in fines up to $10,000.
Use of Amenities
- No BBQ is available due to fire safety regulations.
- All outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are prohibited; violations may result in fines starting at $5,000.
- Outdoor furniture is unavailable during winter months.
- Unauthorized parking at the Rec Center and street parking are prohibited, with fines over $500 and $1,000, respectively.
- Parking permits may be revoked after three violations.
