Before we arrived, we became aware of a situation with the accommodations we had booked. I called to discuss and the reservation team directed me to Steve Perkins. He listen to the issue and took steps to make sure our vacation met our expectation. However, in actuality, this vacation exceeded our expectations and we created family memories that will last a lifetime. I will recommend NR to any and all who might be looking to book a vacation and will personally use you again!
