- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am are strictly enforced to ensure a peaceful stay. Fines for noise ordinance violations can reach up to $10,000.
- Events or parties require prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and incur fines.
- The community pool is not heated.
- The boat dock is suitable only for shallow style boats, and caution is advised due to the shallow water.
