• Parties or events are not permitted without prior written consent and an additional fee. Unauthorized gatherings will be stopped and fined accordingly.
• Up to 2 pets are allowed. Bringing pets without prior approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
• The boat dock is suitable only for "shallow style" boats due to shallow water. Use caution when docking.
