House Rules
- Smoking is prohibited within the property. Violation results in the forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am, and occupancy limits must be followed. No sound systems or speakers are provided. Breaching noise regulations may incur fines up to $10,000 per infraction.
- Parties or events are not permitted without prior written consent and an additional fee. Unauthorized gatherings will be stopped and fined accordingly.
- Up to 2 pets are allowed. Bringing pets without prior approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- The boat dock is suitable only for "shallow style" boats due to shallow water. Use caution when docking.
- The community pool is available for use, though it is not heated.
- Vendors maintaining the property adhere to CDC standards, but guests should deny access if these standards are not met.
