Description
Beach Villa Catalina is a delightfully pretty, home with private pool located within easy walking distance to the sandy beach and shops of Can Picafort. Sleeping up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, the villa offers unbeatable value for money in a location where a car is not essential. The interiors are welcoming and beautifully decorated, the gardens are inviting, the newly installed swimming pool inviting: all the ingredients for an unforgettable holiday!
Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors. The ground floor is occupied by a huge, covered terrace and by an independent suite with bedroom + bathroom, perfect for a couple or for elderly guests. The upper floor, which can be reached by an outdoor staircase, offers a large, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge with dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are respectively 1 double and 2 twins, yet the twin beds can be joined to form doubles if required by the guests. One of the bedrooms has its own en-suite shower room while the remaining 2 bedrooms share a family bathroom. All the interiors have been carefully refurbished to offer comfort, style and a sense of freedom. The lounge is air-conditioned (included in the rental price at set times between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am). Large terraces surround all the upper floor.
Outside the villa has its own lovely gardens, with shaded dining areas, shrubs, flowers and a beautiful private swimming pool (measuring 15sqm). The pool is provided with sunbeds for the comfort of the guests. Dining by the pool or enjoying a drink before a troll down to the beach will be a true delight!
