Alcudia 8 has an ideal location, just a few meters from the nearest beach and a few minutes by car from the coveted historic city of Alcúdia, where you can find all the essential services to enjoy exceptional holidays. The best of all are the crystal-clear water beaches that can be accessed by walking, just a few minutes away from the house. Inside, on the second floor, the house has an impressive living-dining room with high ceilings, spacious and very bright with access to a beautiful balcony, with sea views, where we can share dinners and meals with family and friends, the main bedroom, located on this same level, has an en-suite bathroom. On the lower level, we find three double bedrooms and a bathroom, between the two floors we have a laundry room and a fully equipped kitchen, renovated with high-end materials.
