You are less than 45 minutes to Asheville Regional airport, and 30 minutes to the gates of Biltmore Estate. You are also an easy 15 minutes from downtown Mars Hill. You are just minutes from America's favorite scenic byway, The Blue Ridge Parkway, motorcycle touring, biking, hiking, white water rafting, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip lining, Segway tour…just about any outdoor activity! Or, take a quick ride to downtown Asheville to enjoy the first-rate restaurants, shopping, galleries, spas, and entertainment.
Accessibility
It is very easy to access the home, via only paved roads, and close to downtown Marshall. The home affords year round access, does not require 4-wheel drive, and is not off any steep rural mountain roads; easily accessible to downtown Asheville.
Good to know
- This swimming pool is open seasonally, from approximately mid-May through mid-September, depending on weather.
- Events are allowed at this property for up to 150 guests.
- ALL Events will have fees associated with hosting an Event, and determined/finalized once a guest head-count is shared. The Event Fee will be assessed outside of, and separate from the normal rental costs.
