An old farm shed which, after careful restoration with the help of professionals in the sector, the owner has turned it into a welcoming tourist residence that stands out against the typical Tuscan landscape. Staying in this residence you will find yourself embraced by classic Tuscan vegetation, ranging from the rows of vines that produce the delicious red wine of the area, to a large olive grove, to cypresses and various aromatic herbs. Entering the house, you will find the classic layout of a barn, with an open-plan area comprising kitchen and dining area and, next to it, an elegant room with smart TV and ornamental fireplace. On the same floor is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. A staircase in stone and iron leads up to the first floor with a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Guests who choose this property will be able to relax in the swimming pool, located just a few metres from the house in a panoramic position, or in the shady living area, sipping an aperitif and savouring the scents of the Tuscan countryside.
