Staying in this residence you will find yourself embraced by classic Tuscan vegetation, ranging from the rows of vines that produce the delicious red wine of the area, to a large olive grove, to cypresses and various aromatic herbs. Entering the house, you will find the classic layout of a barn, with an open-plan area comprising kitchen and dining area and, next to it, an elegant room with smart TV and ornamental fireplace. On the same floor is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. A staircase in stone and iron leads up to the first floor with a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Guests who choose this property will be able to relax in the swimming pool, located just a few metres from the house in a panoramic position, or in the shady living area, sipping an aperitif and savouring the scents of the Tuscan countryside.
