Villa Fiorentini is located near Barberino Val dïElsa, in San Filippo a Ponzano, a small rural centre on a hill in Chianti, in front of which landscapes of great splendour open up. Barberino is a beautiful medieval borgo just a few kilometres from Florence. The villa is strategically located for exploring Chianti or for visiting Florence and Siena, which are just a few kilometres away. Entering the property, you will be struck by the large areas which will permit you to enjoy the suggestive panoramas, amongst oak woods, vineyards and olive groves. The house has two floors and is surrounded by a well-kept park, within which is the swimming pool for the exclusive use of the guests. The house is an elegant jewel, embellished with fine furniture and accessories of high quality: parquet and terracotta floors alternate, contributing to the value of the house; antique carpets and furnishings embellish the rooms, in a context characterised by light tones and large windows; the spacious modern kitchen, with large peninsula, is at the service of the brightly-lit living room to ensure moments of relaxation indoors as well; the elegant bedrooms with private bathroom boast a lovely panoramic view of the surrounding Chianti hills. The strong point of the property is the outdoor area: the beautiful Chianti hills frame the delightful dining area, complete with wood oven and barbecue. A few metres away is the swimming pool, set in greenery, surrounded by olive trees and oaks and sweetened by the fragrance of lavender.
