Redington Beach 1 is a beautifully appointed 2,400 sq. ft. coastal escape designed for both relaxation and gathering. The first level features a two-car garage and a private tropical patio oasis complete with a Giant Swim Spa - perfect for unwinding or entertaining after a day at the beach.

The bright, open-concept second level is ideal for spending time together, with a spacious living area, large Smart TV, and a stunning kitchen offering granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and island seating.
