Use of Amenities

The outdoor pool does not have a screen enclosure and is cleaned weekly. Guests are responsible for removing minor debris between cleanings.
The complimentary BBQ grill must be cleaned and maintained by the guests after use.

Important Notes

An Accidental Damage Protection fee is required for any reported accidental damage.
Pool heat is available for an additional fee and is recommended from October 31st to March 31st.
The maximum number of cars allowed per address is six.
No liability is accepted for BBQ equipment failure; guests are responsible for its maintenance.
