Use of Amenities

• The outdoor pool does not have a screen enclosure and is cleaned weekly. Guests are responsible for removing minor debris between cleanings.
• The complimentary BBQ grill must be cleaned and maintained by the guests after use.

Important Notes

• An Accidental Damage Protection fee is required for any reported accidental damage.
• Pool heat is available for an additional fee and is recommended from October 31st to March 31st.
• The maximum number of cars allowed per address is six.
• No liability is accepted for BBQ equipment failure; guests are responsible for its maintenance.
