Beach Notice

• Ocean Kai is just one mile east of Rum Point Club, with a sandy beach and excellent reef-protected snorkeling.
• Rum Point offers sandy, swimmable beaches, though some areas may have natural ironshore; pool shoes or fins are recommended.
• Steady trade winds help keep flying insects minimal.
• All beaches in Grand Cayman are public, though shoreline conditions can vary with tides and weather.
• Seasonal sargassum or ocean debris may appear; owners maintain the beach and will provide solutions if conditions become severe.

House Rules

• The booking guest must be 25 years or older and must occupy the villa during the entire stay.
• No pets are allowed on the property.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the property, including balconies and screened porches.
• No parties or events are permitted without written approval from the homeowner, and penalties may apply.
• Guests are advised to wear foot protection when entering the ocean to prevent injury from coral, rocks, or ironshore.
• Tandem kayaks are available for rental; a signed waiver is required.
• Be aware that the beach or water entry may vary due to shifting weather and tides.
• Floating ocean debris and sargassum seaweed may be present seasonally, with efforts made to clean the beach prior to arrival.
• Check-in instructions and entry codes will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival.
