- Pets are allowed with a fee, but undisclosed pets result in a $500 fine per pet.
- The property is suitable for quieter groups due to a strict neighborhood noise ordinance.
Use of Amenities
- The hot tub can only be used between 4 pm and 9 pm as per local ordinance.
