- No pets allowed. If undisclosed pets are discovered, a fine of $500 per pet will be applied.
- This is a non-smoking property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 fee and forfeiture of the security deposit, plus any additional costs for fire or property damage.
- Events or parties are prohibited without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will result in fines.
- The property is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. No loud noise during these hours, and violation of this policy can result in fines up to $10,000.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced, with a maximum of two additional guests beyond the bed count allowed upon request.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested 48-72 hours in advance.
- The back balcony is not fenced, so use caution when accessing this area.
- The jets in the master bathroom tub are currently non-operational.
Parking Details
- The driveway accommodates 3 cars.
- One car can fit comfortably in the larger garage; however, the single-car garage is not available to guests.
- Be aware of street cleaning on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month to avoid being ticketed and towed.
