- No smoking inside the property; violation will result in a $300 fee and additional liability for fire or property damage.
- Maximum of 2 pets allowed with prior approval and an additional fee; undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- No loud noise between 9 pm and 8 am; violation of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties are not permitted without prior written approval and additional fees; unauthorized events will lead to fines.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heat is available at an extra cost and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance; spa heat is complimentary.
- Pool heating is not available between May 1st and October 1st; the maximum heating temperature is 87 degrees.
- Murphy bed in the media room can be prepared upon request but cannot be moved by guests.
- Complimentary Level 2 EV Charger provided.
- For summer months, high desert temperatures may cause the pool temperature to rise.
Fines & Penalties
- $500 fine per undisclosed pet.
- Violation of noise ordinances can incur fines up to $10,000.
- $300 fine for violations of the no-smoking policy, plus potential liability for any resulting damage.
- Unauthorized parties or events will result in fines.
Additional Notes
- Guests are strongly advised to deny access to any vendors not adhering to PPE standards during maintenance visits.
- Pool and spa usage is at guests' risk, particularly during extremely high desert temperatures in summer months.
