• No loud noise between 9 pm and 8 am; violation of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
• Events or parties are not permitted without prior written approval and additional fees; unauthorized events will lead to fines.

Use of Amenities

• Pool heat is available at an extra cost and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance; spa heat is complimentary.
• Pool heating is not available between May 1st and October 1st; the maximum heating temperature is 87 degrees.
• Murphy bed in the media room can be prepared upon request but cannot be moved by guests.
• Complimentary Level 2 EV Charger provided.
• For summer months, high desert temperatures may cause the pool temperature to rise.

Fines & Penalties

• $500 fine per undisclosed pet.
• Violation of noise ordinances can incur fines up to $10,000.
• $300 fine for violations of the no-smoking policy, plus potential liability for any resulting damage.
• Unauthorized parties or events will result in fines.
