- Guests must be 26 or older to book. Reservations made by or for underaged groups need an accompanying adult present at all times.
- Maximum sleeping occupancy is set by the owner. Exceeding this limit results in a $200 per person, per night fine.
- No parties, gatherings, or "party-like" behavior are allowed.
- Peaceful and lawful occupation is required. Disruptive behavior may result in fines or immediate termination of tenancy without refunds.
- The noise curfew is at 10 pm. It's required to be quiet throughout the night to respect neighbors.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking or burning incense is not allowed anywhere on the premises. Violations incur a $1000 fine and associated cleaning or repair costs for any damages.
