This is a three-level townhouse combining rustic ambiance with modern amenities, including heated floors, surround-sound and multi-zone heating. Hardwood floors, soaring ceilings and a custom stacked-stone fireplace welcomes guests to the main level, where an open-concept floor plan marries the great room, kitchen and dining area.
Relax after a day on the slopes on the full-length recliner sofa or one of two comfy armchairs for a movie on the SmartTV or enjoy a soak in the private hot tub on the deck enjoying gorgeous views of the golf course and surrounding mountain range.
When you are not exploring Mammoths restaurant scene, take advantage of the granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and gas stove in the kitchen to craft a home-cooked meal. On blue-bird days, fire up the BBQ grill outside. Between the six-seat dining table and three high-top chairs at the breakfast bar, you will have plenty of space to seat everyone in your group.

This home also has a private washer and dryer for convenience. Our stay at Mammoth Lakes 72 was fantastic. Its located in a forested area which provided lots of space for the kids to play in the snow. The town house was incredibly clean and well taken care of. Only glitch was not having the instructions and lock combination to unlock the hot tub on the first night. This was resolved the next morning afte texting the management company. Overall, a great experience.

Unit was nice, but needs way better cleaning and repair of broken items. Also at a minimum the living room TV should get basic cable channels and have streaming capabilities
