Nestled on wooded grounds, this home offers a feeling of seclusion with views of towering evergreens just outside and the distant mountains. Newly renovated with modern furniture and high-end appliances, the airy corner unit features two private bedrooms on the ground floor, an open-concept living area on the upper level, and a sunny loft with picture windows and a large TV.
Gather on the sectional sofa in the living area to take in a movie on the large-screen SmartTV, mounted above the charming wood-burning fireplace, or enjoy home-cooked meals around the 6-seat dining table. Two high-top stools at the breakfast bar provide additional seating or a cozy place for morning coffee. From your convenient location near Snowcreek Meadow Preserve, you will find Mammoth Creek Park and popular restaurants a short stroll or shuttle ride away, with skiing and snowboarding at Mammoth Mountain within a few minutes drive.
In the summer, enjoy golf at the nearby Sierra Star Golf Course, scenic gondola rides at the resort, or the surrounding hiking and biking trails.
