This newly constructed single family home has window views of both the Sierra Star Golf Course and the Sherwin Mountains.
The first floor of this 2 story home contains three bedrooms: 2 master bathrooms with king beds and en-suite bathrooms as well as a bedroom with a full size bunk bed, trundle, and en-suite bathroom.
On the second floor is the the living room which offers a gas fireplace, TV, Stereo, DVR and pull out sofa. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room can seat up to 10 people. The master bedroom is also found on this floor which contains a king bed with an en-suite bathroom.
When you are not on the slopes, or out enjoying the magnificent Eastern Sierras, you will be able to sit in your private hot tub enjoying the unsurpassed views of the Sherwins. Other highlights of this property include a washer and dryer, gas outdoor grill, and private 3 car garage.
This property is walking distance from Sams Woodsite, the location for Bluesapalooza and many other summer festivals. It is also walking distance from the Village, which is the hub of Mammoth.
