- Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm to 8am.
- Unauthorized events or parties are prohibited and will result in fines.
- No street parking; driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles. Street parking violations incur fines starting at $1,000.
- Unauthorized use of Northstar Recreation Center parking can result in fines over $500.
Use of Amenities
- Outdoor furniture and grills are unavailable during winter months.
- Strictly no use of outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills due to wildfire risk. Violations can result in fines starting at $5,000.
- Guests can access Northstar Recreation Center for an additional fee of $10 per person.
- Use of any amenities is at guests’ own risk. Enhanced cleaning protocols are in place, but guests should ensure vendor safety compliance by denying access to those not adhering to PPE standards.
