- Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 8 overnight guests and 12 daytime guests.
- Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise ordinance violations can incur fines of up to $10,000.
- Parties or events require prior written approval. Unauthorized events will be shut down, and fines will be assessed.
Use of Amenities
- Outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire pits, and charcoal grills are prohibited due to wildfire risk, with fines starting at $5,000 for violations.
- Pool access is not available during the winter months.
- Guests need to provide their own firewood for using the fireplace.
