- Events or parties are prohibited without prior approval. Unapproved gatherings will be shut down and may result in fines.
Noise and Occupancy
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am are strictly enforced, with no speakers or sound systems provided. Violation of noise ordinances can incur fines up to $10,000 per violation.
