Villa Le Fontane, a splendid residence with great attention to every detail and with a high-design interior, is located in Todi, in the green heart of Italy. Completed in 2008, originally an old tower owned by an old noble family, it has been completely rebuilt and brought to light again thanks to the current owners. The house is completely clad in stone and characterised by white-painted wooden beams, concrete slab floors, leather, walnut parquet, steel cube lights, a very modern designer kitchen and large windows that illuminate the core of the house: the large living room, with fireplace and big custom-made table, which extends outside to double its length where a large portico with table, chairs and sofas allows you to live outdoors in the peaceful atmosphere of the Umbrian countryside. This, in turn, faces the beautiful garden with the wonderful private infinity pool: the ideal retreat for travellers looking for a relaxed and private area, guaranteed by a rural landscape immersed in the silence of nature. Enjoying an aperitif under the poolside gazebo or dining under the portico will be an unforgettable experience, especially at sunset with the view over the surrounding hills and villages.
