This charming villa began its life as an 18th Century farmhouse but a series of renovations has transformed this property into a comfortable abode for up to fourteen guests to sleep in luxury. Inside you will find six bedrooms spread across two stories, four located on the ground floor, and the final two located upstairs aside from the principal living area with one also featuring a covered terrace. Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and its own key lock for enhanced privacy. An additional room with two twin beds is also available to sleep two children. On the ground floor you will find a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable sitting area with a flat-screen TV and sofa-seating. Each level features a pellet fireplace to lend an intimate ambiance to your evening conversations. Outside, an enclosed 10,000 sqm garden, cared for lovingly by the owner, surrounds the property to offer beautiful outdoor space for guests to relax or enjoy a meal under one of two pergolas. Between the months of May and October, a private pool set in the garden is also available (pool heating charged additionally), set into the garden with a curved infinity-edge design. This is a great spot for you to take a dip while enjoying the natural surroundings. Alternatively, the pool is also lit at night, allowing for a tranquil night-time swim. On the evening of your arrival, guests at this home will be treated to a dinner at the on-site restaurant, cooked up by a talented chef who is available to book to cater all, or part, of your stay.
