- The pool spa is not a jacuzzi and shares the same temperature as the pool
- Park in the driveway first, or use designated street parking with white line markings
- Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, motor homes, motorcycles, and boats must be in enclosed garages or removed from the community unless for short loading/unloading periods
- Golf carts are permitted only if they are street legal and registered
- The house is self-catering; only initial supplies of essentials are provided
- Guests are advised to bring their own wash towels
- Trash must be placed in the resort dumpster daily
- Violations leading to damages or the need for extra cleaning may incur additional charges
